Andrew Johnston joined Teradata at the start 2015 working as an Industry Consultant in the Finance Centre of Expertise and is now helping to the deliver the connected data element of the Customer Journey Solution. Today Andrew is the Product Owner of Connected Data, Analytic Solutions at Teradata.
Andrew has over 20 years’ UK Financial Services marketing and customer management experience.
Some of Andrew’s career highlights include working to transform the customer management capability at Lloyds Banking Group, integrating diverse marketing systems following mergers and helping to launch a new challenger Bank in UK called TSB. He has experience of managing analytical teams and running operational marketing systems.
As an expert direct-marketing practitioner, he has set-up numerous programmes to drive customer advocacy and meet customer needs.
